Our mission-based business model, has traditionally and strategically looked to hiring minority

and disadvantage maintenance staff and college students. Maximum portfolio of commercial

development and investment properties, primary focus is to provide affordable housing for

families and seniors, while combatting the housing crisis

Based upon a strong work ethic that led him to the NFL, former Gopher and Pittsburgh Steelers

receiver Mel Anderson, started Maximum Multi Services Corp a full-service building

maintenance company that has provided quality and specialized services for a diverse type of

facilities throughout the metro areas since 1995.
